Project Overview

This work presents a case study on creating a platform for purchasing movie tickets easily and conveniently. The project aims to address the pain points of cinema goers, particularly non-native English speakers who find it overwhelming to queue up at box office stations. The study includes primary research using qualitative methods, such as interviews, empathy maps, user stories, and user personas. The research revealed other factors that limit customers from coming to the cinema, such as disability, availability, and language barriers.
