Problem

Traditional job platforms are built for centralized, trust-heavy systems. However, in Web3:

• Trust is fragile and often anonymous
• Compensation structures are unclear or speculative
• Users struggle to evaluate legitimacy of opportunities
• Token mechanics introduce financial risk and cognitive overload
• Onboarding into Web3 workflows remains complex and intimidating

Additionally, existing platforms fail to:

• Bridge the gap between job discovery and token participation
• Provide clarity around value, ownership, and risk
• Support non-technical users navigating Web3 systems

The challenge was to design a system that enables participation in a tokenized job economy without overwhelming or misleading users.
